Why we built WOBE
AI has made a new kind of filmmaking possible. One person with an idea can now make a sci-fi epic, a music video or a short that would have needed a studio a few years ago. But that work has had nowhere to call home: it gets buried in feeds, labelled as a novelty, or flagged just for existing.
WOBE TV is a streaming platform built for AI film from the ground up. Films get real pages, Shorts send viewers to the full film at the exact moment a clip came from, and a For You feed learns what each person loves. Today there are 30 videos from 8 creators, and the catalogue grows every day.
For viewers
Everything on WOBE is free to watch. The free plan will be supported by ads, and WOBE Premium removes them entirely. Either way, you're supporting the creators you watch, because most of the money goes to them.
For creators
Creators get 90% of all WOBE revenue, from ads and from Premium subscriptions, split by views. WOBE keeps 10% to run the platform. There's one pool and one rule, so anyone can check the math. See exactly how payouts work.
What we believe
- Creators own their work. Publishing on WOBE never transfers ownership.
- Real views only. A view counts when someone actually watches, and refreshing doesn't count twice.
- Transparency over mystery. The payout formula is public and the same for everyone.
- Safety is part of the product. No deceptive deepfakes of real people, and every report is reviewed by a person. Read the community guidelines.
