1. Using WOBE
By using wobetv.com you agree to these terms and to the community guidelines. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age in your country if it's higher. If you use WOBE for an organisation, you're agreeing on its behalf.
2. Your account
Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.
3. Your content
You own what you publish. To run WOBE, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, encode, stream and display your content, and to show it in places like the home page, For You, Shorts, search, charts and when promoting WOBE. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies that are in backups for a limited time or that others have already shared.
You promise you have the rights to everything you publish, including music, footage, voices and likenesses, and that it follows the community guidelines.
4. What's not allowed
- Anything that breaks the community guidelines or the law, including deceptive deepfakes of real people.
- Objectionable content or abusive behaviour. We have zero tolerance for hate speech, slurs, threats, harassment and sexual content involving minors.
- Inflating views, likes or follows, or any other attempt to manipulate rankings or payouts.
- Uploading malware, scraping WOBE at scale, or interfering with how the service works.
- Impersonating other people or organisations.
We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules. If we think we got it wrong, tell us.
5. The creator revenue program
When advertising and WOBE Premium launch, WOBE will allocate 90% of its monthly revenue from ads and Premium to a creator pool, shared between creators in proportion to their share of all counted views that month.
- "Revenue" means the amounts WOBE actually receives from advertising and Premium, after sales taxes such as VAT, refunds and chargebacks, and payment-processing or app-store fees.
- Only genuine views count. Views from bots, fraud or manipulation are excluded, and we may withhold payouts connected to them.
- To receive payouts you'll need to provide accurate payment and tax information. We'll publish the payout schedule, payout methods and any minimum payout amount before the program starts.
6. WOBE Premium
WOBE Premium isn't available yet. When it launches, its price, billing and cancellation terms will be shown before you subscribe.
7. Copyright
We respect creators' rights, including yours. If you believe something on WOBE infringes your copyright, contact us with a link to the content and proof that you own the work. We remove infringing content, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.
8. Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to keep WOBE running well, but we provide it "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, WOBE isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content that other people publish. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as WOBE grows. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the product before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use WOBE after that means you accept the new terms.
